Calories and the ways to burn them

When you eat less in the parties, people generally pass taunting comment immediately DIETING! But you should keep up into your notice that eating once in a while doesn’t make a big difference, after all this is the way to socialize yourself.
One needs to know the meaning of being on dieting. It simply means “burning more calories than what you eat”. If you are fulfilling and endeavoring this condition with endless deliberations of weight loss but still disfigured and clumsy although a year has passed doing exercise.
You might be following wrong patterns of exercise or diet. As the simple rule applies to eating habits that “excess of everything is bad”. So, plan your diet with blend of everything nutritious.

People very well know that reducing weight truly depends on what you eat. But one spectacular thing or fact on which light has to be thrown is that even intake of potatoes or any carb diet may also help in reducing weight depending on the body. Your body may require more carbs than anything else to lose weight.
Don’t forget to muffle the point that it depends on your body and refer your dietician before following or adapting such rule.

Burning calories is not that easy as it seems to be. Of course, you have to immolate your sleep to pay back for what you had eaten. The following vignette of junk food and coffee gives notion of its calorie content and how much need to be burn pertinent to that.

PAY BACK TIME-

1. Junk Food Eating- 1scoop of vanilla ice-cream will contain 270 calories
• Calories consumed- 270 vanilla_bG8nj_17341
• Fats- 170
• Carbs- 80
• Proteins- 20

Compensate Strategy- Share the dessert with your companion or order a light main course. Next day, skip roti and rice for lunch. Climb stairs for 15 minutes with a step height of 8 inches approximately.

2. Coffee with milk and sugar (2 cubes)- 150ml face-of-a-sun-on-coffee_y5lUX_17341
• Calories consumed- 135
• Milk- 90 calories
• Sugar- 20 calories
• Cream- 2tsp-25 calories

Compensation strategy: limit your consumption to 2 cups a day. Avoid putting sugar, get used to the taste of coffee without sugar.

Exercise- dance/aerobics for 30 minutes.

Calories burned depend on body weight, your muscle mass and your capacity to perform exercises both in intensity and duration

Hey Neha...do add on to the list...I would love to read them. And I guess having coffee with sugar free can help. I do so. Its like having the same stuff without calories. Though I know they aren’t really safe but I don’t wanna get fat :(

If you put tempting pictures like that a person like me will first go and have one of those and think about losing weight later! :D.

But you have really clarified some misconceptions especially that you can enjoy at a party. I do that.

However I don’t follow any special precautions. I eat a bit of everything and do yoga everyday.

Calories is the buzzword these days...with so much of calorie talk I find my waistline expanding...or it seems to....I follow a simple rule to keep those calories at bay....just look at delicious dishes and think i have had them..makes me full....psychological trick u bet!
